Improving the stability and security of school systems so they can deliver the most efficient provision for children.
  • We are currently establishing a combined Critical Incident, Contribution and Continuity Plan for the Partnership. This is a combined plan for any NW24 school that will ensure a school can continue to function in an emergency

    • We are working with an external Risk Assessment organisation to establish principles of business continuity planning and latest government guidance on emergency evacuation

    • By geographically mapping the schools in the NW24 cluster and identifying the key characteristic’s of each school (i.e. no of pupils, school needs in event of emergency close down) we can identify a shared procedure for emergency relocation for a period of 1 week to 1 month

  • As a cluster of schools we are building efficiencies by sharing information about service contracts, policies and procedures and building a library of shared resources.
